สภาพปัญหาของการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีและผู้ป่วยเอดส์ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 8: การประยุกต์ใช้โมเดลการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันอันดับสอง

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบโมเดลสภาพปัญหาของการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีและผู้ป่วยเอดส์ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 8 กับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีและผู้ป่วยเอดส์ ในพื้นที่เขตสุขภาพที่ 8 จำนวน 400 คน ด้วยวิธีสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน พบว่า โมเดลมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ พิจารณาจากค่าไค-สแควร์สัมพัทธ์ (X2/df) มีค่าเท่ากับ 1.97 ค่า GFI เท่ากับ 0.94 ค่า AGFI เท่ากับ 0.91 ค่า CFI เท่ากับ 0.99 ค่า SRMR เท่ากับ 0.039 และ ค่า RMSEA เท่ากับ 0.049 โดยสภาพปัญหาการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพของผู้ติดเชื้อเอชไอวีและผู้ป่วยเอดส์ในเขตสุขภาพที่ 8 ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ โดยเรียงความสำคัญตามน้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมาตรฐานจากมากไปหาน้อย ดังนี้ (1) ความสามารถทางการเงินของผู้รับบริการ (2) คุณภาพของบริการ (3) ความพอเพียงของแหล่งบริการ (4) สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของแหล่งบริการ (5) ความสามารถการเข้าถึงแหล่งบริการ และ (6) ทัศนคติของผู้รับบริการ
