ผลของการให้สุขศึกษาผ่านบัญชีทางการไลน์ “มาเป็น Friend กัน” ต่ออัตราอุบัติการณ์การติดเชื้อซ้ำในผู้ป่วยโรคหนองในและหนองในเทียมที่คลินิกเพื่อนสุขภาพ โรงพยาบาลเชียงรายประชานุเคราะห์

โรคหนองในและหนองในเทียมเป็นโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ที่มีแนวโน้มเพิ่มขึ้น การติดเชื้อซ้ำเป็นตัวชี้วัดสำคัญที่สะท้อนถึงพฤติกรรมทางเพศที่ยังคงไม่ปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการให้สุขศึกษาผ่านบัญชีทางการไลน์ “มาเป็น Friend กัน” ต่ออัตราอุบัติการณ์การติดเชื้อซ้ำในผู้ป่วยโรคหนองในและหนองในเทียม รูปแบบการศึกษาเป็นการศึกษาตามรุ่นย้อนหลัง เก็บข้อมูลในผู้ป่วยโรคหนองในและหนองในเทียมที่เข้ารับการรักษาที่คลินิกเพื่อนสุขภาพ โรงพยาบาลเชียงรายประชานุเคราะห์ ในช่วงก่อน (มกราคม - ธันวาคม 2565) และหลัง (มกราคม - ธันวาคม 2566) ใช้บัญชีทางการไลน์ เปรียบเทียบอัตราการติดเชื้อซ้ำระหว่างสองช่วงเวลา โดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบปัวซองในการวิเคราะห์ ผลการศึกษา พบว่าอัตราอุบัติการณ์การติดเชื้อซ้ำลดลงจาก 2.58 รายต่อ 100 person-month ในช่วงก่อนดำเนินการ เหลือ 1.48 รายต่อ 100 person-month ในช่วงหลังดำเนินการ และมีอัตราการรอดพ้นจากการติดเชื้อซ้ำสูงขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (p<0.05) แสดงให้เห็นว่า การให้สุขศึกษาผ่านเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลสามารถช่วยลดอัตราการติดเชื้อซ้ำได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และเป็นแนวทางที่มีศักยภาพในการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์ในอนาคต
