Factcrs Related with municipal disposal in Pha Phae, Mae Hong Son Province

Abstract

This research were to study 1) knowledge, attitude and practice of municipal disposal and 2) find out factors relating due to solid waste disposal in community. This study selected 1 person in every household at Moo 4, Tombol Papae, Maesareang District, Maehongsorn Province, amount 107 of data. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Chi-Square test and Person’s Correlation Coefficient. The results show that the sample group had high knowledge level of municipal disposal. (x ̅ = 14.00, SD = 2.01). Attitude level of municipal disposal in was high level. (x ̅ = 52.00, SD = 6.24). And Practice of municipal disposal was middle level (x ̅ = 26.43, SD = 4.79). Gender, age, education and income did not related with solid waste disposal in community. Careers, knowledge and attitude related to solid waste disposal in community with significant level at 0.05.
