Abstract

This study was a descriptive study. The objective was to evaluation of the prototype project of Good teeth Sub-district. In the context, inputs, process. Products and projects using CIPP Model study among parents of children aged 2-3 years were 50 people who voluntarily join the scheme and health or dental staff of 27 people responsible for the project. Data collected by questionnaire, structured interviews and in-depth interviews. In the period between October 2017 to September 2018 data, quantitative analysis by percentage, mean and standard deviation, and content analysis techniques used in qualitative findings are as follows. 1)Context: Found that The objectives of the project are clear. While the plan was not clear because of duplicate activities with routine work, There were too many indicators, Opportunity to receive support from other organizations There were limitations on the timing of budget plans that do not match. And Community participation depends on activities. 2) Input: Found that Budget, Insufficient materials and equipment for operations In terms of working time Personnel must perform additional part-time work. Including The operational plan covers the target group, but the operation results lack quality. 3) Process: Found that All activities under the project There were restrictions on inadequacy and inappropriateness. In terms of materials, equipment, personnel, management, and parents of children Affect the quantity and quality of operations.4)Product: Output: Found that Dental examination for pregnant women in the antenatal clinic (ANC) achieving the metrics as according to the 100 percent program. While Postpartum home visits found 83.72 percent. Teaching to wipe the gums found 57.50 percent. Assessment of the risk of children's tooth decay in the well Baby Clinic (WBC) during 9 months and 18 months was found at 65.30, 67.30 percent respectively. The practice of brushing skills, hands-on practice at the age of 9 months and 18 months found 2.86, 9.09 percent respectively. Regarding the application of fluoride varnish in children aged 9 months and 18 months, found 65.31, 67.35 percent respectively. Regarding home visits, 42.86 percent were found These activities do not achieve the project-based indicators of 90 percent. And Outcome: The activity of tooth transformation behavior of children 2 times and 1 time per day was found 40.81, 34.69 percent respectively. Overall the trend is improving. And Impact: Found that Children without tooth decay. (caries free) 85.42 percent is considered to have a good trend but still cannot achieve the 100 percent metric as specified by the project.
