A Development of Strategic Implementation Model at Chaturaphakphiman Health Network, Roi-Et Province

This research and development aimed to develop and evaluated an effectiveness of model developed by evaluating the strategic plan of the health network in Chaturaphakphiman District Roi-Et Province. The target group were 35 strategic planning officers of community hospital, district health offers, district health promotion hospital. An overview of purposive sampling, data were collected by using a survey of problems, analyze document and related research theoretical reasoning examination form possibilities and consistency, and annual report 2019.Descriptive statistics were frequency and percentage. The results of this study reveal that: (1) Problem finding and planning (Investigation and planning; I), putting the plan into action (Doing; D) evaluation monitoring and control (E) leaning and sharing (L) by means of data reflection and exchange of knowledge in order to analyze, find ways to adjust the operational plan to achieve the set goals, namely Drive the health development strategy of the health network in Chaturaphakphiman District, a related research theoretical reasoning examination form possibilities at the highest level (Mean = 4.58, SD = 0.32) (2) 2) 91.2% of success of health network strategy management in Chaturaphakphiman District was a very good and good level when considered individually found that 100.0% of people excellence , next was 91.7% of service excellence, 90.0% of Health promotion, prevention and consumer protection, 88.9% of good governance, respectively. Noticeable that; 3 of output of KPI (8.8%), which were key informant indicators as new DM2T, percentage of diabetes who could control blood sugar levels, and level of success of participant with access to their personal record. A model was developed in this study, which could be used to in achievement of the specified criteria, in order to relevant departments should continue to use this model.
