The study of 5 dimensions of the relationship of system quality to the use, satisfaction and benefit of the internal audit system users was quantitative research. Objective To study the relationship between the quality of the 5-dimensional automated internal audit system, including ease of use. Safety in use Quick response And stability With the use of the system To study the relationship between the quality of the 5-dimensional automatic internal audit system and the satisfaction of the users. To study the relationship between the use, satisfaction and benefits of users of the 5-dimensional automated internal audit system and to verify the consistency of the causal model, the influence of system quality on use, satisfaction and benefits of the system. The users of the 5-dimensional automatic internal audit system, the population and the sample were the users of the 5-dimensional automatic internal audit system who participated in the workshop on enhancing the efficiency of internal control system operators, 1,100 people and The researcher determined the sample using the drug formula. Pune has a sample size of 400 was used in this study was a questionnaire on the quality of the system. System usage User satisfaction And the benefits of users of the internal 5-dimensional automatic inspection system and analyzed data by using a program to analyze the linear structure relationship model. The preliminary data were used descriptive statistics such as frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The research results showed that (1) the quality of the 5-dimensional automated internal audit system had a positive influence on the use (2) the quality of the 5-dimensional automated internal audit system positively influenced the user satisfaction. (3) the use of the system positively on user satisfaction (4) the use of the system positively on the benefits of the user, the 5 dimensions of automated internal audit and (5) satisfaction. User satisfaction Have a positive influence on the benefits of the 5-dimensional automated internal inspection system users. Suggestions should focus on the development of a 5-dimensional automated internal audit system that is clear and easy to understand by the users. And not allowing other people to steal information in the system to use Including allowing the system to operate with stability Responding to various commands and storing information quickly. So that users can use the system more easily and quickly. Therefore, the satisfaction of the users and is most beneficial to users of the 5-dimensional automatic internal audit system
