การเรียนการสอน Non - technical skills ในนักศึกษาวิสัญญีพยาบาลทางรูปแบบสื่อออนไลน์

บทคัดย่อ
ทักษะการทำงานทางวิสัญญีวิทยา (technical skills)
ได้รับการพัฒนาอย่างรวดเร็วและต่อเนื่องเกิดความก้าวหน้า
ในทุกด้าน โดยเฉพาะในด้านความปลอดภัยของการให้
บริการทางวิสัญญี ถึงกระนั้นก็ยังพบรายงานการเกิด
อุบัติการณ์ที่ส่งผลต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยอยู่ในระดับ
สูง1 ในการทำงานบ่อยครั้งมีความผิดพลาด (error) เกิดขึ้น
ซึ่งอาจเป็นความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้นโดยมิได้ตั้งใจ และ/หรือ
หลีกเลี่ยงไม่ได้ หน่วยงานภาควิสัญญีวิทยา คณะ
แพทยศาสตร์ศิริราช จึงคำนึงถึงความสำคัญของการวางแผน
การเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในการให้บริการทางวิสัญญีใน
บุคลากรทุกระดับ รวมถึงนักศึกษาวิสัญญีพยาบาล ในด้าน
การวางแนวทางปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยที่ชัดเจน
มีการจัดอบรมพัฒนาทักษะการใช้อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่มี
คุณสมบัติเพื่อช่วยเพิ่มความปลอดภัยที่ทันสมัย และเสริม
สร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยในตัวบุคลากร ในการพัฒนา
ทักษะรอบด้านมาเสริมความตระหนักรู้ ความสามารถ เพื่อ
ให้เกิดความปลอดภัยสูงสุดในการดูแลผู้ป่วยอีกด้วย
