บทคัดย่อ
ปัจจุบันมีการศึกษามากมายที่ได้นำยาพรีกาบาลินมาใช้ ในช่วงก่อนและหลังผ่าตัด ซึ่งบทฟื้นฟูวิชาการนี้จะบรรยาย ถึงผลของการใช้ยาพรีกาบาลินในช่วงก่อนและหลังผ่าตัดต่อ ความปวดเฉียบพลันหลังผ่าตัด ความปวดเรื้อรังหลังผ่าตัด ความกังวลก่อนการผ่าตัด และการนำไปใช้อย่างเหมาะสม ซึ่งโดยสรุปมีข้อมูลที่ชัดเจนว่าการใช้ยาพรีกาบาลินในช่วง ก่อนและหลังผ่าตัดมีผลช่วยลดความปวดเฉียบพลันหลังการ ผ ่าตัด และลดการใช้ยากลุ ่มโอปิออยด์รวมถึงลดอาการ คลื่นไส้อาเจียนซึ่งเป็นผลข้างเคียงจากการใช้ยากลุ ่ม โอปิออยด์แต ่ยังไม ่มีวิธีการบริหารยาที่เหมาะสมชัดเจน เชื่อว่าขนาดยาที่สูงขึ้นจะทำให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น แต่ก็ สัมพันธ์กับผลข้างเคียงที่มากขึ้นเช่นกัน สำหรับผลในแง่ของ ความปวดเรื้อรังหลังผ่าตัดและความกังวลก่อนการผ่าตัดนั้น ยังไม่สามารถสรุปได้อย่างชัดเจน
