บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะคลื่นไส้อาเจียนหลังการผ่าตัด (Postoperative nausea and vomiting; PONV) เป็นภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่ พบบ่อย ทำให้เกิดผลเสียตามมาหลายอย่าง เช่น ผู้ป่วยที่มา รับการผ ่าตัดแบบผู้ป ่วยนอกไม ่สามารถกลับบ้านได้ตาม แผนการรักษา ราชวิทยาลัยวิสัญญีแพทย์แห่งประเทศไทย จึงได้จัดทำแนวทางเวชปฏิบัติสำหรับการป้องกันและรักษา ภาวะคลื่นไส้อาเจียนหลังการผ่าตัดขึ้น โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ลดอุบัติการณ์และลดความรุนแรงของการเกิดภาวะ PONV โดยแนวทางนี้มีคำแนะนำในการประเมินเพื่อหาผู้ป่วยกลุ่ม เสี่ยงทั้งผู้ใหญ่และเด็ก เพื่อปรับลดปัจจัยการเกิดภาวะ PONV รวมถึงแนวทางการเลือกยาที่มีใช้ในประเทศ เพื่อป้องกันหรือ รักษาภาวะดังกล่าว
