บทคัดย่อ
ผู้ป่วยและญาติหรือครอบครัวคาดหวังให้ได้รับการรักษา ด้วยการผ่าตัดให้หายจากโรคอย่างปลอดภัย ไม่มีภาวะแทรกซ้อน จากทีมผู้ให้การดูแลรักษาประกอบด้วยศัลยแพทย์ วิสัญญีแพทย์ วิสัญญีพยาบาล พยาบาลห้องผ่าตัด ผู้ประสานงานอื่นๆ ในบริบทวิสัญญีผู้ให้การระงับความรู้สึก วัฒนธรรมการบรรยายสรุป เป็นกระบวนการสื่อสารระหว่างทีมที่เป็นระบบก่อนเริ่มกระบวนการดูแลรักษาในห้องผ่าตัดหรือหัตถการ เป็นขั้นตอนที่มีความสำคัญยิ่งในการรับรองความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย การสร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ในองค์กรซึ่งรวมถึงค่านิยม ความเชื่อ ทัศนคติ บรรทัดฐาน และพฤติกรรมของบุคลากร ที่ส่งผลต่อทัศคติและพฤติกรรมของบุคลากร เพื่อการปรับปรุงคุณภาพการดูแลสุขภาพของผู้ป่วยและป้องกันอุบัติการณ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ ความคลาดเคลื่อน ความผิดพลาด และอัตราการตายของผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาล บทความนี้เน้นย้ำให้ตระหนักถึงปัญหาที่อาจเกิดกับผู้ป่วยและมีความชัดเจนในการสื่อสารระหว่างทีมให้การดูแลผู้ป่วย โดยไม่มีผลทำให้การเริ่มผ่าตัดล่าช้าเพิ่มขึ้น
