แนวทางเวชปฏิบัติเพื่อการป้องกันและรักษาภาวะอุณหภูมิกายต่ำ ในระยะก่อน ระหว่างและหลังผ่าตัด โดยราชวิทยาลัยวิสัญญีแพทย์ แห่งประเทศไทย

บทคัดย่อ
ภาวะอุณหภูมิกายต่ำในระยะก่อน ระหว่างและหลังผ่าตัด ถือเป็นภาวะผู้ให้การบริการทางวิสัญญีพบได้บ่อยครั้ง และสามารถก่อให้เกิดผลกระทบทางลบต่อผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัดและอาจจะส่งผลกระทบต่อ ผลการรักษาโดยรวม เช่น ความผิดปกติของการแข็งตัวของเลือด แผลผ่าตัดติดเชื้อ ภาวะกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจบาดเจ็บ ผลกระทบต่อการออกฤทธิ์ของยา ภาวะหนาวสั่น หรือความรู้สึกไม่สุขสบายจากภาวะอุณหภูมิกายต่ำ การป้องกันภาวะอุณหภูมิต่ำเป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญและสามารถป้องกันได้ง่าย อย่างไรก็ตามวิธีการจัดการกับภาวะอุณหภูมิต่ำนั้นมีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมากสำหรับประเทศในภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิกเนื่องจากปัจจัยทางเศรษฐกิจที่แตกต่างกัน ราชวิทยาลัยวิสัญญีแพทย์แห่งประเทศไทยจึงได้จัดทำแนวทางเวชปฏิบัตินี้ขึ้นเพื่อรวบรวมแนวทางการปฏิบัติที่มีอยู่หลากหลายให้เข้ากับบริบทของประเทศไทย ขอบข่ายของแนวทางเวชปฏิบัตินี้ประกอบไปด้วย นิยามของภาวะอุณหภูมิกายต่ำ แนวทางการวางแผนการดูแลผู้ป่วยทั้งการให้ความรู้ความเข้าใจ การป้องกันและการรักษา ทั้งระยะก่อน ระหว่างและหลังผ่าตัด เพื่อผู้ปฏิบัติงานสามารถนำไปปรับใช้ดูแลผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการผ่าตัดได้อย่างปลอดภัย
