Fatigue, Childbearing Fatigue, Fatigue managementAbstract
Childbearing fatigue affects in every phase of childbearing. But most women are not aware of this fatigue. They think that is discomfort due to pregnancy and childbirth and they try to find methods of fatigue relieving by themselves. However, the causes and factors of fatigue are different in relation to childbearing phases and in each person. Make an attempt to manage fatigue inconsistent with promoting factors may cause temporary relieving prolonged fatigue or develop more severe fatigue. Nurses play an important role in promoting women aware of the effects of childbearing fatigue, help the women to detect the causes or the promoting factors and to select correctly and efficiently the method of fatigue relieving. Therefore, this fatigue will not have the impact on women and their families.
