ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของสตรีตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นในจังหวัดเขตสุขภาพที่ 7

สตรีตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นมีแนวโน้มเพิ่มมากขึ้นในปัจจุบัน และยังเป็นกลุ่มที่ต้องติดตามและดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด การศึกษาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเอง และปัจจัยที่มีอำนาจการทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของสตรีตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นในจังหวัดเขตสุขภาพที่ 7 กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นสตรีตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นจำนวน 324 ราย มาฝากครรภ์ที่แผนกฝากครรภ์ โรงพยาบาลร้อยเอ็ด ขอนแก่น มหาสารคาม และกาฬสินธุ์ เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ 2 แบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของสตรีตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และหาอำนาจการทำนายโดยใช้สถิติ stepwise multiple regression analysis
ผลการวิจัย พบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี (Mean = 3.12, SD = 0.31) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่สตรีตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่นมีพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองมากที่สุดคือ ด้านการดูแลตนเองที่จำเป็นในภาวะเบี่ยงเบนทางด้านสุขภาพ (Mean = 3.53, SD = 0.56) และพบว่าอายุครรภ์ ระดับการศึกษาของสตรีตั้งครรภ์ และการวางแผนการตั้งครรภ์สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองได้
ร้อยละ 6.9
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ ให้ข้อเสนอแนะว่า พยาบาลควรพัฒนาแนวทางการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของสตรีตั้งครรภ์วัยรุ่น โดยคำนึงถึงการวางแผนการตั้งครรภ์ อายุครรภ์ และระดับการศึกษาของสตรีตั้งครรภ์
