ปัจจัยทำนายการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุที่มีคุณภาพของแรงงาน ในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดชลบุรี

การเตรียมความพร้อมในวัยทำงานให้เป็นผู้สูงอายุที่มีคุณภาพ สามารถลดภาระพึ่งพิงในระยะยาวในชุมชนได้ การวิจัยหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนายนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุที่มีคุณภาพและปัจจัยทำนาย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ด้านเศรษฐกิจ ด้านสังคม และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ วัยแรงงานที่มีอายุระหว่าง 40-59 ปี ในพื้นที่อุตสาหกรรม จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวน 151 คน คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม ประกอบด้วย 6 ส่วน ได้แก่ 1) ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) ข้อมูลสภาพงาน 3) ทัศนคติต่อการเป็นผู้สูงอายุ 4) สิ่งคุกคามทางสุขภาพ 5) นโยบายของสถานประกอบการ และ 6) การเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุที่มีคุณภาพ โดยแบบสอบถามมีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ .88, .86, .97, และ .82 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .88, .75, .88 และ .93 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา และสถิติ stepwise multiple regression analysis
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มแรงงานมีการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุที่มีคุณภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.88, SD = 1.10 ) โดยมีการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านเศรษฐกิจมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านสังคม ด้านสุขภาพกาย และสุขภาพจิต ตามลำดับ ปัจจัยทำนายการเตรียมความพร้อมฯ คือ นโยบายของสถานประกอบการ (β = - 0.197) และตำแหน่งงาน (β = 0.195) ร่วมกันทำนายการเตรียมความพร้อมฯ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01 ได้ร้อยละ 8.0 (R2 = 0.080, F = 6.452, p < 0.01)
ดังนั้น พยาบาลชุมชน หรือพยาบาลประจำสถานประกอบการ สามารถนำผลการศึกษานี้ไปใช้ โดยส่งเสริมให้พนักงานในตำแหน่งหัวหน้างาน ปฏิบัติตนเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีในการเตรียมความพร้อมเข้าสู่วัยสูงอายุ และจัดกิจกรรมสนับสนุนการเตรียมความพร้อมด้านสุขภาพกาย และสุขภาพจิตของแรงงาน
