บทคัดย่อ

ความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิต มีความสำคัญต่อพยาบาลในการเผชิญกับความเครียด ความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิตของพยาบาลทำให้สามารถสู้งานหนัก ปรับตัวได้กับการเปลี่ยนแปลง ซึ่งจะส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจคงอยู่ในงานและลดอัตราลาออก ดังนั้น จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิตของพยาบาล วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิตของพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลนครพิงค์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพจำนวน 297 คน ที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ทำการสุ่มเลือกจากกลุ่มภารกิจด้านการพยาบาลจำนวน 17 กลุ่มงานการพยาบาล เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วย 1) แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบวัดความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิตของคอนเนอร์ เดวิดสัน (CD-RISC-25) ฉบับภาษาไทย วิเคราะห์ช้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1. ความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิตของพยาบาล ในโรงพยาบาลนครพิงค์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 76.79, SD = 11.25)
2. ค่ามัธยฐานของคะแนนความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิตของพยาบาล ในโรงพยาบาลนครพิงค์ จังหวัดเชียงใหม่เท่ากับ 75 และค่าพิสัยของควอไทล์ที่ 1 ควอไทล์ที่ 2 ควอไทล์ที่ 3 และควอไทล์ที่ 4 เท่ากับ 47-70, 71-75, 76-84 และ 85-100

ผลการศึกษานี้ สามารถเพิ่มความตระหนักให้กับผู้บริหารพยาบาล และสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการกำหนดกลยุทธ์เพื่อเสริมสร้างความแข็งแกร่งในชีวิตของพยาบาลที่โรงพยาบาลนครพิงค์
