ปัจจัยครอบครัวที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายและพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารในผู้สูงอายุภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐ

การศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยครอบครัวที่มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายและพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารในผู้สูงอายุภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุและครอบครัว คัดเลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวน 150 ครอบครัวในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครปฐม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย แบบสัมภาษณ์ข้อมูลทั่วไปของผู้สูงอายุภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน แบบสัมภาษณ์การทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว แบบสัมภาษณ์สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว แบบสัมภาษณ์การสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัว แบบสัมภาษณ์ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพครอบครัว และแบบสัมภาษณ์พฤติกรรมสุขภาพครอบครัว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และการถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุภาวะน้ำหนักเกินส่วนใหญ่มีพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายและพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหาร โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง พฤติกรรมสุขภาพครอบครัว และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัว สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายในผู้สูงอายุภาวะน้ำหนักเกินได้ ร้อยละ 31.7 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .05 (Adjusted R2=.317, p< .001) สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพครอบครัว และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพครอบครัว สามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารในผู้สูงอายุน้ำหนักเกินได้ ร้อยละ 31.9 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิตที่ระดับ .05 (Adjusted R2=.319, p< .001)
ผลการศึกษานี้เสนอแนะว่า การส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายในผู้สูงอายุภาวะน้ำหนักเกิน ควรส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของครอบครัว และการสนับสนุนทางสังคมจากครอบครัว พฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหาร ควรส่งเสริมสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว ความเชื่อด้านสุขภาพครอบครัว และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของครอบครัว
