ผลของการใช้บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการคัดแยกผู้ป่วยที่แผนกฉุกเฉิน ต่อความถูกต้องในการคัดแยกของพยาบาล

การพัฒนาทักษะพยาบาลในการคัดแยกมีความจำเป็นต่อการให้บริการที่ปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ป่วยฉุกเฉิน คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเป็นวิธีการหนึ่งที่สามารถช่วยพัฒนาทักษะในการคัดแยกของพยาบาล การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบ 1 กลุ่มทดสอบก่อนและหลังการทดลอง (one group pretest-posttest design) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเรื่องการคัดแยกผู้ป่วยที่แผนกฉุกเฉินต่อความถูกต้องในการคัดแยกของพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในห้องอุบัติเหตุและฉุกเฉิน โรงพยาบาลชนแดน จังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ จำนวน 11 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การดำเนินการวิจัย ได้แก่ บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่องการคัดแยกผู้ป่วยที่แผนกฉุกเฉินโดยใช้ดัชนีความรุนแรงฉุกเฉิน ซึ่งพัฒนาโดยผู้วิจัย ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน และผ่านการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพบทเรียนโดยได้ค่า E1/E2 เท่ากับ 82.85/81.00 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ใน การรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบรวบรวมผลลัพธ์การคัดแยกที่พัฒนาโดยผู้วิจัย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติไคว์สแคว ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความถูกต้องในการคัดแยกของพยาบาลหลังเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน (ร้อยละ 85.91) มีมากกว่าความถูกต้องในการคัดแยกของพยาบาลก่อนเรียนด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน (ร้อยละ 45.00) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p <0.001) การวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่าบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนสามารถใช้ในการพัฒนาทักษะพยาบาลในการคัดแยกผู้ป่วย หน่วยตรวจฉุกเฉินหรือโรงพยาบาลสามารถนำบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนไปประยุกต์ใช้เป็นวิธีการหนึ่งในการอบรมพยาบาลเรื่องการคัดแยกผู้ป่วยต่อไป
