ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมในการดูแลและภาระของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคติดสุรา โรงพยาบาลสวนปรุง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่

โรคติดสุราเป็นปัญหาสุขภาพจิตที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อตัวผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแลอย่างมาก การศึกษาแบบพรรณนาแบบหาความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมในการดูแลและภาระของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคติดสุรา โรงพยาบาลสวนปรุง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงเพื่อเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 85 คน ซึ่งเป็นผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคติดสุราในโรงพยาบาลสวนปรุง เครื่องมือวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล 2) แบบสอบถามความพร้อมในการดูแลของ Uten (2006) ที่พัฒนามาจากแนวคิดของ สจ๊วต และ อาร์ชโบล์ด (Stewart & Archbold, 1986) และ 3) แบบวัดภาระของผู้ดูแลของ Sukkheo (2000)ที่พัฒนามาจากแนวคิดภาระของ ไป่ และ คาเปอร์ (Pai & Kapur, 1981) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เชิงอันดับของสเปียร์แมน
ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคติดสุรามีคะแนนความพร้อมในการดูแลอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และคะแนนภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคติดสุราอยู่ในระดับมีภาระ รวมทั้งภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคติดสุรามีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับความพร้อมในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคติดสุราทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้าน
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการให้ความช่วยเหลือและอบรมให้ผู้ดูแลสามารถให้การดูแลผู้ป่วยติดสุราได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและลดความรู้สึกเป็นภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วย
