พฤติกรรมการรังแกผู้อื่นและการตกเป็นเหยื่อการรังแกผ่านโลกไซเบอร์เป็นปัญหาที่พบมากขึ้นและมีการแพร่กระจายอย่างรวดเร็ว การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาแบบเปรียบเทียบ (descriptive comparison research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการรังแกผู้อื่นและการตกเป็นเหยื่อการรังแกผ่านโลกไซเบอร์ของนิสิตพยาบาล และ 2) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการรังแกผู้อื่นและการตกเป็นเหยื่อการรังแกผ่านโลกไซเบอร์ของนิสิตพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 4 จำนวน 300 คน เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่ง ชั้นภูมิ (stratified random sampling) ตามชั้นปีของนิสิต แล้วสุ่มแบบง่าย (simple random sampling) แบบไม่แทนที่ รวบรวมข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนมีนาคม ถึง กันยายน พ.ศ. 2561 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลพื้นฐานส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการรังแกผู้อื่นทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และแบบประเมินการตกเป็นเหยื่อการรังแกทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ของโดแอนและคณะ และแบบสอบถามเจตคติเชิงสังคมของพันธุลาวัณย์และคณะ และทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามได้ค่าเท่ากับ 0.84 0.82 และ 0.81 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และการเปรียบเทียบพหุคูณตามวิธีของเซฟเฟ่
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า นิสิตพยาบาลไม่มีพฤติกรรมการรังแกผู้อื่นผ่านโลกไซเบอร์ ร้อยละ 38.00 และมีพฤติกรรมการรังแกผู้อื่นผ่านโลกไซเบอร์ ร้อยละ 62.00 ส่วนการตกเป็นเหยื่อการรังแกผ่านโลกไซเบอร์ พบว่า นิสิตพยาบาลไม่มีการตกเป็นเหยื่อการรังแกผ่านโลกไซเบอร์ ร้อยละ 26.00 และมีการตกเป็นเหยื่อการรังแกผ่านโลกไซเบอร์ ร้อยละ 74.00 นอกจากนี้ยังพบว่า ค่าเฉลี่ยของพฤติกรรมการรังแกผู้อื่นและการตกเป็นเหยื่อการรังแกผ่านโลกไซเบอร์ของนิสิตพยาบาล ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 4 ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลในการหาวิธีการที่จะช่วยป้องกันและลดปัญหาที่เกิดจากการมีพฤติกรรมการรังแกผู้อื่นและการตกเป็นเหยื่อการรังแกผ่านโลกไซเบอร์ของนิสิตพยาบาลต่อไปได้
