ปัจจัยทำนายการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในระยะหลังบุตรเกิด

การเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของบิดามีความสำคัญเป็นอย่างมาก ต่อภาวะสุขภาพร่างกาย และจิตใจของบิดา มารดา และบุตรในระยะหลังบุตรเกิด การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยแบบหาความสัมพันธ์เชิงทำนาย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในระยะหลังบุตรเกิด กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ บิดา ที่มีบุตรอยู่ในระยะ 6-8 สัปดาห์หลังคลอด พาบุตรมาฉีดวัคซีนครั้งแรกที่ห้องตรวจโรคผู้ป่วยนอกแผนกกุมารเวชกรรม รพ.ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช หรือพาภรรยามาตรวจหลังคลอดตามนัดที่ห้องตรวจโรคผู้ป่วยนอกแผนกสูตินรีกรรม รพ.ภูมิพลอดุลยเดช ในช่วงเดือนตุลาคม 2558 ถึงเดือนธันวาคม 2558 จำนวน 200 ราย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในระยะหลังคลอด ที่ศุภกร ไชยนา และนันทพร แสนศิริพันธ์ สร้างขึ้นจากแนวคิดของ Lamb (2000) และการทบทวนวรรณกรรม แบบสอบถามความเครียดสวนปรุงฉบับ 20 ข้อคำถาม ที่สร้างขึ้นโดย Mahatnirunkul, Pumpaisalchai & Tapanya (1997) และแบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคมของบิดา ที่ ศุภกร ไชยนา และนันทพร แสนศิริพันธ์ สร้างขึ้นจากแนวคิดของ House (1981) และการทบทวนวรรณกรรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรที่ศึกษา โดยใช้สถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สันและสถิติสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน วิเคราะห์อำนาจการทำนายของตัวแปรที่ศึกษาโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์ถดถอยเชิงเส้นแบบมีตัวแปรหุ่น
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- ความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบ กับการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในระยะหลังบุตรเกิด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r= -.263)
- การสนับสนุนทางสังคม ระดับการศึกษา และรายได้ของครอบครัว มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในระยะหลังบุตรเกิด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r= .231, .170, .202 ตามลำดับ)
- อายุมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมของบิดาในระยะหลังบุตรเกิดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r=.120)
- 4. การสนับสนุนทางสังคมและรายได้ของครอบครัวร่วมกันทำนายการเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในระยะหลังบุตรเกิดได้ร้อยละ 10.8 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001
