การวิเคราะห์สถานการณ์การจัดการความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย หอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมชาย โรงพยาบาลพุทธชินราช พิษณุโลก

การจัดการความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วยเป็นปัจจัยสำคัญในการลดความผิดพลาดในการรักษาพยาบาลผู้ป่วยในโรงพยาบาล การศึกษานี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์การจัดการความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ปัญหาและหาแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวกับการจัดการความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย หอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมชายโรงพยาบาลพุทธชินราช พิษณุโลก ประชากรที่ศึกษาเป็นผู้บริหารจำนวน 5 คน และผู้ปฏิบัติการพยาบาลในหอผู้ป่วย จำนวน 10 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แนวคำถามในการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง ซึ่งผ่านการโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่านที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการบริหารโรงพยาบาล ทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์และการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า หอผู้ป่วยศัลยกรรมชาย มีการดำเนินงานตามกรอบแนวคิดระบบบริหารความเสี่ยงและความปลอดภัยของ The Health care Accreditation Institute (2015) และมีปัญหาในการจัดการความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ได้แก่ บุคลากรพยาบาลบางคนไม่สามารถระบุได้ว่าเหตุการณ์ใดเป็นความเสี่ยงที่ต้องรายงานจึงทำให้มีการรายงานอุบัติการณ์น้อย บุคลากรพยาบาลบางคนรู้สึกว่าไม่เกิดผลดีจากการค้นหาและจัดลำดับความเสี่ยง บุคลากรพยาบาลบางคนไม่ปฏิบัติตามแนวปฏิบัติทางคลินิก บุคลากรพยาบาลบางคนไม่รายงานเหตุการณ์เกือบพลาด บุคลากรพยาบาลทุกคนไม่สามารถเข้าร่วมในการทำการวิเคราะห์สาเหตุที่แท้จริง และทีมจัดการความเสี่ยงมีงานที่ต้องทำจำนวนมาก จึงทำให้มีการให้ข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ปัญหาล่าช้า
จากผลการศึกษานี้ ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลควรมีการพัฒนากลยุทธ์ที่ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรพยาบาลมีการค้นหาความเสี่ยงและรายงานอุบัติการณ์ได้ง่ายมากขึ้น หอผู้ป่วยมีความจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องมีความเข้าใจสาเหตุที่แท้จริงของความเสี่ยงที่เกิดขึ้นและจัดลำดับความสำคัญในการแก้ไขปัญหาตามข้อบกพร่องที่พบในระบบความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย
