อุปสรรคต่อความพร้อมในการจำหน่ายจากโรงพยาบาลในผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับและทางเดินน้ำดีภายหลังการใส่สายระบายผ่านผิวหนังและเนื้อตับเข้าสู่ท่อน้ำดี: มุมมองของบุคลากรทางสุขภาพ

บุคลากรทางสุขภาพมีหน้าที่ในการเตรียมผู้ป่วยให้พร้อมก่อนจำหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาลวัตถุประสงค์ของการศึกษานี้เพื่อบรรยายการรับรู้ของบุคลากรทางสุขภาพเกี่ยวกับอุปสรรคต่อความพร้อมในการจำหน่ายจากโรงพยาบาลของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับและทางเดินน้ำดีภายหลังการใส่สายระบายผ่านผิวหนังและเนื้อตับเข้าสู่ท่อน้ำดี รูปแบบการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบพรรณนา คัดเลือกผู้เข้าร่วมวิจัยแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด จำนวน 10 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า อุปสรรคในการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจำหน่ายจากโรงพยาบาลของผู้ป่วยมะเร็งตับและทางเดินน้ำดีภายหลังการใส่สายระบายผ่านผิวหนังและเนื้อตับเข้าสู่ท่อน้ำดี สรุปได้ 4 ประเด็นหลัก ประกอบด้วย 1) ระบบการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจำหน่ายไม่ชัดเจน 2) ภาระงานของเจ้าหน้าที่มีมาก 3) ความสามารถในการรับรู้ของผู้ป่วย และ 4) ขาดสื่อการสอนที่ชัดเจนและเข้าใจง่าย จากผลการวิจัยมีข้อเสนอแนะว่าบุคลากรทางสุขภาพควรมีการประเมินและระบุความต้องการการเตรียมพร้อมในการจำหน่ายจากโรงพยาบาลของผู้ป่วยเพื่อทราบถึงความต้องการที่แท้จริงและควรมีการศึกษารูปแบบในการประเมินผลการเตรียมความพร้อมในการจำหน่ายผู้ป่วยจากโรงพยาบาล ทั้งนี้เพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยก้าวผ่านช่วงชีวิตที่ออกจากโรงพยาบาลและกลับไปอยู่บ้านได้เป็นอย่างราบรื่น
