สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวและความเสี่ยงต่อการฆ่าตัวตาย ของผู้มารับบริการที่คลินิกสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช

ความเสี่ยงต่อการฆ่าตัวตายเป็นปัญหาทางสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวชที่สำคัญระดับโลกซึ่งมีหลายปัจจัยสำคัญที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความเสี่ยงต่อการฆ่าตัวตาย โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์นี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวกับความเสี่ยงต่อการฆ่าตัวตายของผู้มารับบริการที่คลินิกสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวช กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้มารับบริการที่คลินิกสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวชโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ในเขตจังหวัดภาคเหนือ ที่มีอายุตั้งแต่ 25- 59 ปี ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน จำนวน 383 คน เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤษภาคม ถึง เดือนสิงหาคม 2560 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัว และแบบประเมินความเสี่ยงต่อการฆ่าตัวตาย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา ในการแจกแจงความถี่ หาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าร้อยละ และสถิติเชิงสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมนผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างดี (x̄ = 3.58, SD = 0.77) เช่นเดียวกับสัมพันธภาพรายด้านทุกด้านที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับค่อนข้างดี ได้แก่ ด้านความรักและความห่วงใยอาทร ด้านการพักผ่อนหย่อนใจร่วมกันในครอบครัว ด้านการเคารพซึ่งกันและกัน และด้านการปรองดองเป็นอันหนึ่งอันเดียวกัน
- กลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 38.38 มีความเสี่ยงต่อการฆ่าตัวตาย
- สัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความเสี่ยงต่อการฆ่าตัวตายในระดับปานกลางทั้งสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวโดยรวม (r = -.52, p<.001) และรายด้านทุกด้าน
ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้บุคลากรทางด้านสุขภาพจิตและจิตเวชของโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ในเขตจังหวัดภาคเหนือสามารถนำไปใช้ในการคัดกรองความเสี่ยงต่อการฆ่าตัวตายในผู้รับบริการที่มีสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวที่ไม่ดี และหาแนวทางในการเฝ้าระวังได้อย่างเหมาะสมสำหรับผู้รับบริการวัยผู้ใหญ่ต่อไป
