การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของการดูแลแบบฟูมฟักสำหรับผู้ดูแลเด็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก

การดูแลแบบฟูมฟักเป็นการดูแลสำหรับเด็กปฐมวัยเพื่อให้มีสุขภาวะที่ดีทั้งทางด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ สังคม และสติปัญญา ผู้ดูแลเด็กต้องมีความรู้ด้านการดูแลสุขภาพ เพื่อให้เด็กมีการเจริญเติบโตและพัฒนาการตามวัย และมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่เหมาะสม การวิจัยเชิงสำรวจครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องขององค์ประกอบการดูแลแบบฟูมฟักของผู้ดูแลเด็กในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จำนวน 200 คน เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามการดูแลแบบฟูมฟัก ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 5 ท่าน ได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องของแต่ละข้อคำถามอยู่ระหว่าง 0.8 ถึง 1.0 และวิเคราะห์ค่าความเชื่อมั่นโดยใช้สูตรสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาคเท่ากับ .96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า คุณลักษณะของการดูแลแบบฟูมฟักของผู้ดูแลเด็ก มีตัวบ่งชี้หรือตัวแปรสังเกตได้ 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ ได้แก่ 1) การดูแลให้มีสุขภาพดี 2) การดูแลให้ได้รับโภชนาการที่เพียงพอ 3) การดูแลที่สนองตอบ 4) การดูแลความมั่นคงและความปลอดภัย และ 5) การให้โอกาสสำหรับการเรียนรู้ตั้งแต่ระยะเริ่มแรก โดยมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (4, N=200)=3.19, p=.527, CFI=1.00, TLI=1.00, RMSEA<.001, SRMR=.009) สารสนเทศที่ได้สามารถนำไปพัฒนาเครื่องมือประเมินความรู้ด้านการดูแลสุขภาพเด็กปฐมวัยของผู้ดูแลที่เหมาะสม และออกแบบการพัฒนาระบบการส่งเสริมการดูแลศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
