ความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดในผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสัน

ความเครียดเป็นปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นและพบได้บ่อยในผู้สูงอายุโรคเรื้อรัง ที่ส่งผลกระทบต่อภาวะสุขภาพและคุณภาพชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุ การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งศึกษาความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดของผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสัน และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างระยะของโรค ความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียด กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสันที่มารับการรักษาในคลินิกอายุรกรรมประสาท โรงพยาบาลประสาทเชียงใหม่ ระหว่างเดือนเมษายน ถึงเดือนมิถุนายน 2560 จำนวน 100 ราย คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้ แบบวัดความเครียด และแบบวัดการเผชิญความเครียดของจาโลวิค เครื่องมือทุกชุดมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นมากกว่า .80 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติสหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน และสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์เพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- ความเครียดและการเผชิญความเครียดทั้งโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
2.ระยะของโรคมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับความเครียดในผู้สูงอายุที่เป็นโรคพาร์กินสัน
(r = .814 , p < 0.01)
- ความเครียดมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับการเผชิญความเครียดโดยรวม
(r = .470 , p < 0.01) และรายด้านได้แก่ การจัดการกับอารมณ์ (r = .685, p < 0.01) และการบรรเทาปัญหา (r = .530 , p < 0.01) แต่ไม่พบความสัมพันธ์กับการเผชิญหน้ากับปัญหา
ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์สำหรับบุคลากรทางด้านสุขภาพ ในการวางแผนการจัดการความเครียดและส่งเสริมการเผชิญความเครียดในผู้สูงอายุโรคพาร์กินสัน
