การพัฒนาสื่อวีดิทัศน์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองเรื่องการตรวจร่างกายตามระบบ ต่อทักษะปฏิบัติและความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

การส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองนับเป็นสิ่งสำคัญในการจัดการเรียนการสอนในสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน เพื่อให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีทักษะปฏิบัติการตรวจร่างกายตามระบบที่มีประสิทธิภาพ การวิจัยเชิงพัฒนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาสื่อวีดิทัศน์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองเรื่องการตรวจร่างกายตามระบบที่มีประสิทธิภาพ และศึกษาผลของสื่อวีดิทัศน์ต่อทักษะปฏิบัติและความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาล การพัฒนาประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน คือ ขั้นวางแผน ขั้นเตรียมการ ขั้นดำเนินการผลิต ขั้นตัดต่อ และขั้นประเมินผล กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 66 คน โดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่อสื่อวีดิทัศน์การสอน แบบประเมินสุขภาพตั้งแต่ศีรษะจรดเท้า และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาต่อสื่อวีดิทัศน์ เครื่องมือได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงและความเชื่อมั่นแล้ว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา
สื่อวีดิทัศน์ที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วยเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับ การซักประวัติ การตรวจร่างกายทั่วไปและการประเมินจิตสังคม การตรวจร่างกายระบบศีรษะ ตา หู คอ จมูก การตรวจร่างกายระบบหายใจ การตรวจร่างกายระบบหัวใจและหลอดเลือด การตรวจร่างกายระบบทางเดินอาหาร ไต และทางเดินปัสสาวะ และการตรวจร่างกายระบบประสาทและโครงร่างกล้ามเนื้อ โดยมีความยาวเรื่องละประมาณ 10 นาที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นของผู้เชี่ยวชาญต่อสื่อวีดิทัศน์อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.56, SD = 0.75) 2) ประสิทธิภาพของสื่อวีดิทัศน์ (E1/E2) เท่ากับ 82.85/84.81 ซึ่งมีค่าน้อยกว่าเกณฑ์ไม่เกินร้อยละ 2.5 ของเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้ที่ 85/85 แสดงว่าสื่อวีดิทัศน์มีประสิทธิภาพ 3) คะแนนทักษะปฏิบัติหลังเรียนสื่อวีดิทัศน์ของนักศึกษาพยาบาลโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีเยี่ยม ( = 88.17, SD = 6.13) และ 4) ความพึงพอใจของนักศึกษาพยาบาลต่อสื่อวีดิทัศน์โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.41, SD = 0.03) ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ แสดงให้เห็นว่า สื่อวีดิทัศน์เพื่อการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเองเรื่องการตรวจร่างกายตามระบบส่งผลให้นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีทักษะปฏิบัติและมีความพึงพอใจในการใช้งาน ซึ่งผู้สอนและผู้ที่สนใจสามารถนำไปใช้ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง ในการตรวจร่างกายตามระบบแก่นักศึกษา พยาบาล และบุคลากรสุขภาพได้
