คุณภาพการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคโควิด-19 ที่รับการรักษาในห้องความดันลบ หอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรม

คุณภาพการพยาบาลมีผลต่อความปลอดภัย ความรุนแรงของการเจ็บป่วย และความคาดหวังของผู้รับบริการ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาข้อมูลย้อนหลังจากเวชระเบียน เพื่อศึกษาคุณภาพการพยาบาลผู้ป่วยโรคโควิด-19 ที่เข้ารับการดูแลในห้องความดันลบ หอผู้ป่วยอายุรกรรม โรงพยาบาลธรรมศาสตร์เฉลิมพระเกียรติ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง ตามคุณสมบัติเกณฑ์คัดเข้า จำนวน 178 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบบันทึกที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรม และตามมาตรฐานการพยาบาลของสภาการพยาบาล ครอบคลุม 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ ความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย ความรู้ความเข้าใจ การบรรเทาจากความทุกข์ทรมาน ความสามารถในการดูแลตนเอง และความพึงพอใจต่อการพยาบาล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการศึกษาได้ดังนี้
- ด้านความปลอดภัย พบว่า มีอุบัติการณ์การติดเชื้อในทางเดินปัสสาวะจากการใส่สายสวนปัสสาวะ ร้อยละ 1.85 แผลกดทับร้อยละ 0.57 และ มีความคลาดเคลื่อนในการให้ยาร้อยละ 1.14
- คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจของผู้ป่วยโควิด-19 คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.40 เรื่องที่ผู้ป่วยได้รับการดูแลเกิดความรู้ความเข้าใจสูงสุด ได้แก่ การรักษาโรคโควิด-19 ยารักษาโควิด-19 ที่ได้รับ และความรู้เรื่องโรคโควิด-19 ตามลำดับ
- คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านการบรรเทาจากความทุกข์ทรมานของผู้ป่วย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 98.15 กิจกรรมการพยาบาลที่ผู้ป่วยได้รับการดูแลมากที่สุดคือ การบรรเทาความอ่อนล้าและความไม่สุขสบาย
- คะแนนเฉลี่ยด้านความสามารถในการดูแลตนเองของผู้ป่วย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 98.59 เรื่องที่ผู้ป่วยได้รับการดูแลสูงสุด ได้แก่ ความสามารถในการทำหน้าที่/ กิจวัตรประจำวัน และการได้รับการวางแผนจำหน่าย
- เฉลี่ยด้านความพึงพอใจต่อบริการพยาบาลของผู้ป่วย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 96.19 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับสูง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่า ด้านที่มีคะแนนความพึงพอใจสูงสุด ได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจในบริการการพยาบาลที่ได้รับในภาพรวม รองลงมาได้แก่ ความพึงพอใจด้านการให้ข้อมูล และสิทธิผู้ป่วย
จากผลการศึกษาแสดงให้เห็นว่า ในสถานการณ์การระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโควิด-19 พยาบาลเป็นผู้ที่มีบทบาทสำคัญในการนำมาตรฐานการพยาบาลสู่การปฏิบัติอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ซึ่งมีผลต่อคุณภาพการพยาบาล และความความพึงพอใจของผู้ป่วย
