การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนกิจกรรมการพยาบาลการคัดกรองผู้ป่วยติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 คลินิกโรคระบบทางเดินหายใจ โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนกิจกรรมการพยาบาลการคัดกรองผู้ป่วยติดเชื้อ COVID-19 คลินิกโรคระบบทางเดินหายใจ โรงพยาบาลตติยภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง ประชากรเป้าหมาย คือ รายงานต้นทุนทั้งหมดของบุคลากรทางการพยาบาลในคลินิกโรคระบบทางเดินหายใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ รายงานต้นทุนของกิจกรรมการตรวจคัดกรองผู้ป่วย COVID-19 จำนวน 30 ราย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือการวิจัยมี 3 ชุด ได้แก่ 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลต้นทุนกิจกรรมการพยาบาลการคัดกรองผู้ป่วย COVID-19 2) พจนานุกรมกิจกรรมการพยาบาล 3) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลต้นทุนตัวผลักดันกิจกรรมการพยาบาล เครื่องมือวิจัยทั้งหมดผ่านการตรวจความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.0 ค่าความเชื่อมั่นของการสังเกตเท่ากับ 0.8 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา คือ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ต้นทุนกิจกรรมการพยาบาลรวมเท่ากับ 73,877.55 บาท กิจกรรมที่มีต้นทุนสูงสุด คือ การพยาบาลระยะก่อนตรวจคัดกรอง เท่ากับ 23,891.68 บาท (ร้อยละ 32.34) รองลงมา คือ การบริหารและงานสนับสนุน เท่ากับ 23,889.15 บาท (ร้อยละ 32.33) เมื่อวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนต่อกิจกรรม พบว่า การพยาบาลระยะก่อนตรวจคัดกรองมีต้นทุนสูงสุด เท่ากับ 108.60 บาทต่อกิจกรรม และต้นทุนกิจกรรมต่อราย เท่ากับ 2,462.58 บาท กิจกรรมที่มีต้นทุนต่อรายสูงสุด คือ การพยาบาลระยะก่อนตรวจคัดกรอง เท่ากับ 796.39 บาท

ผลการวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า การวิเคราะห์ต้นทุนกิจกรรมการพยาบาลการตรวจคัดกรองผู้ป่วยติดเชื้อ COVID-19 ถือเป็นเรื่องใหม่ และเป็นข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ที่ผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลสามารถนำข้อมูลต้นทุนไปใช้ในการบริหารทรัพยากร อัตรากำลังคน บริหารเวลา และการวางแผนงบประมาณให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และเพิ่มคุณภาพการพยาบาลในสถานการณ์ที่อาจเกิดโรคติดเชื้ออุบัติการณ์ใหม่ในโอกาสต่อไป
