การพัฒนาโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมออนไลน์สำหรับเตรียมความพร้อมด้านความปลอดภัย ในการทำงานในนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา

การบาดเจ็บที่เกี่ยวเนื่องจากการทำงานเป็นปัญหาด้านอาชีวอนามัยที่สำคัญ โดยเฉพาะในแรงงานเยาวชน การวิจัยเชิงพัฒนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมออนไลน์สำหรับเตรียมความพร้อมด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานในนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา โดยประยุกต์ใช้แนวคิดการพัฒนาและออกแบบสื่อของ อเลสซี่ และ โทรลิป กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษาที่จบการศึกษาหลักสูตรประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพชั้นปีที่ 3 ประเภทวิชาอุตสาหกรรมของสถาบันอาชีวศึกษาในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด จำนวน 41 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แผนการออกแบบและพัฒนาโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ และแบบสอบถาม ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อคิดเห็น แบบวัดความรู้ระหว่างเรียนและหลังเรียน แบบสอบถามความ
พึงพอใจ มีค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาระหว่าง 0.87-0.91 และมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นระหว่าง 0.73-0.82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา รวมทั้งหาประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรมโดยประเมินจากอัตราส่วนของประสิทธิภาพของกระบวนการเรียนรู้ต่อประสิทธิภาพของผลลัพธ์จากการเรียนรู้ (E1: E2)
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) โปรแกรมฝึกอบรมออนไลน์สำหรับเตรียมความพร้อมด้านความปลอดภัยในการทำงานในนักเรียนอาชีวศึกษา ประกอบด้วย บทนำ วิดีทัศน์ เนื้อหา ภาพอินโฟกราฟิก แบบทดสอบระหว่างเรียนและแบบทดสอบหลังเรียน ใช้เวลาเรียนประมาณ 150 นาที 2) ประสิทธิภาพของโปรแกรม คือ 84.17: 83.67 และ 3) กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีความพึงพอใจต่อโปรแกรมทั้งด้านเนื้อหา ด้านการออกแบบและการนำเสนอ ด้านประโยชน์ที่ได้รับ และความพึงพอใจในภาพรวม ในระดับมากที่สุด (4.50, SD = 0.68)
ดังนั้น หลักสูตรการอบรมออนไลน์ควรนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ทั้งในด้านการศึกษา การฝึกอบรม และการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาประสิทธิผลของโปรแกรมฝึกอบรมออนไลน์ต่อไป
