ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการจัดการตนเองในผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลว

การจัดการตนเองในผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวนั้นค่อนข้างซับซ้อน ดังนั้นศักยภาพในการควบคุมอาการของโรคจึงจำเป็นต้องมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพที่เพียงพอ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การจัดการตนเอง และความสัมพันธ์ของความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการจัดการตนเองในผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลว กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลวที่มารับการรักษาที่คลินิกหัวใจล้มเหลว โรงพยาบาลมหาราชนครเชียงใหม่ จำนวน 84 ราย คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามสะดวก ระหว่างเดือนกันยายน ถึง พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. 2564 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และการจัดการตนเองในผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลว วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ Spearman’s rank correlation
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการจัดการตนเองอยู่ในระดับสูง ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับการจัดการตนเองในระดับสูงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .70, p < .01)
ผลการศึกษานี้แสดงให้เห็นถึงประโยชน์สำหรับผู้ให้บริการด้านสุขภาพ ในการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และการจัดการตนเองในผู้สูงอายุที่มีภาวะหัวใจล้มเหลว
