สมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโควิด-19 ของพยาบาลไอซียู โรงพยาบาลสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

พยาบาลไอซียูที่ทำหน้าที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโควิด-19 ต้องมีความสามารถหรือสมรรถนะในการดูแลเพื่อให้ผู้ป่วยผ่านพ้นภาวะวิกฤตของชีวิตได้ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโควิด-19 ของพยาบาลไอซียู กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลไอซียูจำนวน 280 ราย ที่มีประสบการณ์ดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโควิด-19 อย่างน้อย 1 เดือน ในโรงพยาบาลสังกัด สำนักการแพทย์กรุงเทพมหานคร 6 โรงพยาบาล และโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่งในกรุงเทพมหานคร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะพยาบาลไอซียูในการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโควิด-19 ที่พัฒนาจากการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ร่วมกับใช้กรอบแนวคิดสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤต ครอบคลุมด้านความรู้ ทักษะปฏิบัติ เจตคติ และประสบการณ์ดูแล เครื่องมือดังกล่าวผ่านการตรวจสอบจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 ท่าน มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา เท่ากับ 0.90 ตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่น ได้ค่า Cronbach’s alpha coefficient เท่ากับ 0.98 และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พยาบาลไอซียูที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตโควิด-19 มีสมรรถนะโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับสูง พบ 3 ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงมากที่สุด คือ 1) ด้านพื้นฐานเชิงวิชาชีพ 2) ด้านการใช้แนวปฏิบัติทางคลินิก และ 3) ด้านการพัฒนาทีมพยาบาลและองค์กรวิชาชีพ ส่วนด้านที่ต้องได้รับการเพิ่มสมรรถนะมากที่สุด 3 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล 2) ด้านการตัดสินใจทางคลินิก และ 3) ด้านจริยธรรมและกฎหมาย ตามลำดับ
ผลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้สามารถใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานสำหรับพยาบาลในการพัฒนาสมรรถนะการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคโควิด-19 เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ และผลลัพธ์การดูแลที่มีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
