ผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวต่อการปฏิบัติของครอบครัว ในการดูแลสุขภาพฟันของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน

การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวในการดูแลสุขภาพฟันของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน จะช่วยป้องกันการเกิดปัญหาฟันผุได้ การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบสองกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลังนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวต่อการปฏิบัติของครอบครัวในการดูแลสุขภาพฟันของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างทั้งหมด 36 ราย เป็นบิดาหรือมารดาของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย จำนวนกลุ่มละ 18 ราย เป็นกลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมฯและกลุ่มที่ไม่ได้รับโปรแกรมฯ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดลอง ได้แก่ โปรแกรมส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นจากทฤษฎีการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนของ โคเฮน และ อัพฮอฟ ระยะเวลา 8 สัปดาห์ ประกอบด้วย แผนการให้ความรู้ คู่มือส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว สื่อนำเสนอภาพนิ่ง สื่อวีดิทัศน์ ชุดอุปกรณ์ส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัว และแอปพลิเคชันไลน์ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามการปฏิบัติของครอบครัวในการดูแลสุขภาพฟันของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน ทดสอบความเชื่อมั่นด้วยค่า Pearson’s product moment correlation coefficient ได้เท่ากับ .94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติ independent t-test และ paired t-test
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมฯ มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการปฏิบัติของครอบครัวในการดูแลสุขภาพฟันของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมฯ (Mean = 23.17, SD = 0.92) สูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมฯ (Mean = 17.94, SD = 2.94) แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = -9.085, p < .001) และภายหลังได้รับโปรแกรมฯ กลุ่มที่ได้รับโปรแกรมฯ มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนการปฏิบัติของครอบครัวในการดูแลสุขภาพฟันของเด็ก
วัยก่อนเรียน (Mean = 23.17, SD = 0.92) สูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ไม่ได้รับโปรแกรมฯ (Mean = 19.11, SD = 3.35) แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 4.940, p < .001)
ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า โปรแกรมส่งสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของครอบครัวต่อการปฏิบัติของครอบครัวในการดูแลสุขภาพฟันของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน สามารถนำไปใช้ในการส่งเสริมการดูแลสุขภาพฟันของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนได้
