ปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิค

พฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่เกิดขึ้นจากหลายปัจจัย ทั้งปัจจัยภายในบุคคล ระหว่างบุคคล และภายนอกบุคคล การเข้าใจถึงปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการสูบุหรี่จึงเป็นการป้องกัน และยังช่วยลดจำนวนนักสูบบุหรี่หน้าใหม่ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์แบบตัดขวาง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิคตามกรอบมโนทัศน์ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของทฤษฎีระบบของนิวแมน กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิค อายุ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวน 232 คน เลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 สุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น ตามชั้นปีและสาขาวิชา ขั้นตอนที่ 2 สุ่มแบบอย่างง่ายโดยวิธีการจับฉลาก เครื่องมือที่ใช้คือ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยภายในบุคคล แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยระหว่างบุคคล และแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวปัจจัยภายนอกบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสูบบุหรี่ ตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 คน ได้ค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องเท่ากับ .97, 1.0, .96 และ 1.0 ตามลำดับ และตรวจสอบความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือ โดยคำนวณค่า Cronbach's alpha coefficients ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น เท่ากับ .93, .94, .95 และ .81 ตามลำดับ และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ stepwise multiple regression
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 5 ปัจจัย ได้แก่ ปัจจัยภายในบุคคล ด้านการรับรู้ความสามารถในตนเองในการเลิกบุหรี่ (b = -.23, p < .05) ปัจจัยระหว่างบุคคล ด้านอิทธิพลของกลุ่มเพื่อนที่สูบบุหรี่ (b = .26, p < .05) ด้านรูปแบบการเลี้ยงดูของครอบครัว (b = -.38, p < .05) และปัจจัยภายนอกบุคคล ด้านค่านิยมของสังคมเกี่ยวกับการสูบบุหรี่ (b = .30, p < .05) ด้านการรณรงค์ต่อต้านการสูบบุหรี่ (b = .23, p < .05) มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิค อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และมีความสัมพันธ์แบบพหุคูณกับพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ (r= .258, p < .05) และสามารถร่วมกันทำนายพฤติกรรมการ สูบบุหรี่ได้ร้อยละ 6.70 (R2 = 0.67, p < .05)
ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ แสดงให้เห็นว่าปัจจัยตามกรอบมโนทัศน์ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของทฤษฎีระบบของนิวแมน มีผลต่อพฤติกรรมการสูบบุหรี่ของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยเทคนิค ดังนั้นการพัฒนารูปแบบการดูแลเพื่อเลิกสูบบุหรี่จึงควรนำปัจจัยทั้ง 5 ด้านมามีส่วนร่วม
