ผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมอัตมโนทัศน์ทางเพศผ่านโมไบล์แอปพลิเคชันต่อการทำหน้าที่ทางเพศ ในผู้ป่วยชายที่เป็นโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันหลังได้รับการขยายหลอดเลือดหัวใจ

การทำหน้าที่ทางเพศบกพร่อง เป็นปัญหาหนึ่งที่เกิดขึ้นภายหลังเกิดภาวะกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลัน ซึ่งส่วนใหญ่มักจะไม่ได้รับการประเมินหรือค้นหาปัญหาตั้งแต่ก่อนจำหน่าย การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง แบบสองกลุ่มวัดก่อนและหลังการทดลอง มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมอัตมโนทัศน์ทางเพศผ่านโมไบล์แอปพลิเคชันต่อการทำหน้าที่ทางเพศ ในเพศชายที่เป็นโรคกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันหลังได้รับการขยายหลอดเลือดหัวใจ คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 22 ราย และกลุ่มควบคุม 22 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1) โปรแกรมส่งเสริมอัตมโนทัศน์ผ่านโมไบล์แอปพลิเคชันระยะเวลา 3 สัปดาห์ และ 2) แบบวัดดัชนีสากลของการทดสอบสมรรถภาพทางเพศ และ 3) แบบสอบถามอัตมโนทัศน์ทางเพศ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 5 คน ค่าดัชนีความตรงตามเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1 และ .82 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .92 และ .94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติทดสอบ paired t-test และ independent t-test.
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า หลังการทดลอง กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการทำหน้าที่ทางเพศ (M = 67.09, SD = 4.03) สูงกว่าก่อนเข้าร่วมโปรแกรม (M = 64.05, SD = 4.69) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 6.05, p < .05) และสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (M = 41.64, SD =18.55) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = 6.29, p < .05)
การศึกษาครั้งนี้ แสดงให้เห็นว่าโปรแกรมการส่งเสริมอัตมโนทัศน์ทางเพศผ่านโมไบล์แอปพลิเคชัน ส่งผลต่อการทำหน้าที่ทางเพศ ในเพศชายที่มีภาวะกล้ามเนื้อหัวใจตายเฉียบพลันหลังได้รับการขยายหลอดเลือดหัวใจ ดังนั้น พยาบาลสามารถประยุกต์ใช้โปรแกรมนี้เพื่อส่งเสริมการทำหน้าที่ทางเพศของผู้ป่วย
