ความทุกข์ทางจิตใจ ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการจัดการต่อความทุกข์ของมารดามุสลิม ที่มีบุตรรักษาตัวในหอผู้ป่วยทารกแรกเกิดวิกฤต

ศาสนา ความเชื่อ และวัฒนธรรมมีผลต่อมุมมองความทุกข์ทางจิตใจ และความสามารถในการเผชิญกับสถานการณ์ การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความทุกข์ทางจิตใจ ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง และการจัดการต่อความทุกข์ของมารดามุสลิมที่มีบุตรรักษาตัวในหอผู้ป่วยทารกแรกเกิดวิกฤต โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นมารดาหลังคลอดมุสลิมที่มีบุตรเข้ารับการรักษาตัวแล้วอย่างน้อย 72 ชั่วโมง จำนวน 25 ราย คัดเลือกผู้ให้ข้อมูลแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกรายบุคคล การสังเกต และการบันทึกภาคสนาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามขั้นตอนโคไลซซ์ซี โดยผ่านขั้นตอนการตรวจสอบข้อมูลจากผู้ให้ข้อมูล
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า มารดาสะท้อนความทุกข์ในรูปแบบของความเครียด กลัว และวิตกกังวล โดยมีปัจจัยเกี่ยวข้องต่อความทุกข์ 4 ประเด็นดังนี้ 1) สภาพบุตรที่ปรากฏ 2) การไม่สามารถแสดงบทบาทมารดา 3) สภาพแวดล้อมของหอผู้ป่วย และ 4) การสื่อสารและพฤติกรรมของบุคลากร ซึ่งมารดาสามารถปรับตัวต่อความทุกข์ทางจิตใจโดยใช้แนวทางดังนี้ 1) การรักษาความสงบทางจิตใจโดยนำหลักคำสอนของศาสนาอิสลามมาปรับใช้ ประกอบด้วย (1.1) การยอมรับต่อกฎสภาวการณ์ (1.2) การอดทน (1.3) การขอดุอาอ์ (1.4) การกล่าวซิกรุลลอฮ (1.5) การละหมาด (1.6) การฟังอัลกุรอาน 2) การเปลี่ยนแปลงอาการของบุตร 3) การสนับสนุนจากครอบครัว และ 4) การสื่อสารจากบุคลากรทางการแพทย์
ผลการศึกษาสะท้อนให้เห็นประสบการณ์ความเชื่อ ความศรัทธาในศาสนาของมารดา และสามารถนำไปเป็นข้อมูลในการวางแผนการให้การพยาบาลเชิงวัฒนธรรม เพื่อส่งเสริมให้มารดาหลังคลอดมุสลิมที่มีบุตรป่วยสามารถปรับตัวและก้าวผ่านต่อความทุกข์ทางจิตใจได้อย่างเหมาะสม
