ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการสนับสนุนทางสังคม กับภาวะซึมเศร้าของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย

ภาวะซึมเศร้า เป็นสาเหตุสำคัญประการหนึ่งของการเจ็บป่วยและเสียชีวิตในวัยรุ่น ซึ่งหากทราบถึงปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าในวัยรุ่น จะสามารถป้องกันภาวะซึมเศร้าในวัยรุ่นได้ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และภาวะซึมเศร้า และอธิบายความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพและการสนับสนุนทางสังคมกับภาวะซึมเศร้าของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็นนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย จำนวน 301 คน โดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ 1) แบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ 2) แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม และ 3) แบบคัดกรองภาวะซึมเศร้า วิเคราะห์ค่าความเชื่อมั่นได้ค่า Cronbach's alpha coefficient ของแบบสอบถาม เท่ากับ 0.90, 0.89 และ 0.81 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ Spearman rank correlation coefficient
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า นักเรียนมีระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ (M = 3.57, SD = 0.72) และระดับการสนับสนุนทางสังคม (M = 3.75, SD = 0.78) อยู่ในระดับมาก และมีภาวะซึมเศร้าอยู่ในระดับเล็กน้อยถึงปานกลาง (M = 20.34, SD = 9.57) การสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับภาวะซึมเศร้าในระดับปานกลาง (rs = -.48, p < .001) และความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับภาวะซึมเศร้าในระดับต่ำ (rs = -.36, p < .001) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ
ผลการวิจัยนี้ สามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการส่งเสริมนักเรียนให้มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และได้รับการสนับสนุนทางสังคมเพิ่มขึ้น เพื่อป้องกันไม่ให้นักเรียนเกิดภาวะซึมเศร้าเพิ่มมากขึ้น
