บทคัดย่อ

ความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาของผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีภาวะภูมิไวเกินของหลอดลม มีความสำคัญต่อควบคุมอาการของโรคในเด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 5 ปี เนื่องจากเด็กกลุ่มนี้ยังต้องพึ่งพาผู้ดูแลในการบริหารยา การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาของผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีภาวะภูมิไวเกินของหลอดลม และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของผู้ดูแล การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะภูมิไวเกินของหลอดลมกับความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาของผู้ดูแล เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบชั้นภูมิ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลหลักอายุตั้งแต่ 20-60 ปี ที่ดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กภาวะภูมิไวเกินของหลอดลมอายุต่ำกว่า 5 ปี อย่างน้อย 6 เดือน จำนวน 85 ราย จากโรงพยาบาลเอกชน 2 แห่ง ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะภูมิไวเกินของหลอดลม และแบบสอบถามความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาพ่น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติพรรณนา สถิติ Spearman's rank correlation และ eta correlation coefficients.

ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ผู้ดูแลเด็กร้อยละ 60 มีความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาของผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีภาวะภูมิไวเกินของหลอดลมโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 3.42, SD = 0.81) รายได้และระดับการศึกษาของผู้ดูแลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความร่วมมือในการใช้ยา (η = .22, p < .01 และ η = .26, p < .01 ตามลำดับ) อายุและระยะเวลาในการดูแลเด็กของผู้ดูแลมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาในผู้ดูแล (r = -.22, p < .05 และ r = -.22, p < .05 ตามลำดับ) และการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับภาวะภูมิไวเกินของหลอดลมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความร่วมมือในการใช้ยา (r = .39, p < .01)

ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานที่ช่วยให้พยาบาลตระหนักถึงปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาของผู้ดูแลเด็กที่มีภาวะภูมิไวเกินของหลอดลม และสามารถพัฒนาแนวทางสำหรับผู้ดูแลเด็กในการดูแลผู้ป่วยเด็กที่ต้องได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาพ่นอย่างต่อเนื่องได้อย่างเหมาะสม
