ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิด หลังผ่าตัดหัวใจ

พฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิด หลังผ่าตัดหัวใจมีความสำคัญต่อภาวะสุขภาพที่ดีของเด็กภายหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์นี้ เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิดหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ดูแลของเด็กอายุ 1 ถึง 6 ปี ที่เป็นโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิดชนิดไม่เขียวหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจแบบเปิด ที่มาติดตามการรักษาตามนัดในช่วง 2 สัปดาห์แรกภายหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจ ณ คลินิกโรคหัวใจเด็ก ในโรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ 5 แห่ง ในเขตพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ จำนวน 85 ราย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิดหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนของผู้ดูแล และแบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ Spearman’s correlation coefficient
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า พฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิดหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 66.95, SD = 8.22) คิดเป็นร้อยละ 65.9 การรับรู้สมรรถนะแห่งตนของผู้ดูแล และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับสูงกับพฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิดหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (r = .736, r = .759, p < .001 ตามลำดับ)
ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ สามารถนำไปเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดูแลของผู้ดูแลเด็กโรคหัวใจพิการแต่กำเนิดหลังผ่าตัดหัวใจในช่วง 2 สัปดาห์แรกเมื่ออยู่ที่บ้านอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น เพื่อให้เด็กได้รับการดูแลที่ถูกต้องและเหมาะสม
