ผลของโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างความหวังแบบครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วมต่อการป้องกัน การกลับไปใช้ยาเสพติดซ้ำของผู้ป่วยยาเสพติดในโรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ปัตตานี

ปัญหาการกลับไปเสพซ้ำหลังการบำบัดรักษา เป็นปัญหาที่สำคัญของผู้ป่วยยาเสพติดซึ่งเกิดจากหลากหลายสาเหตุ การป้องกันการกลับไปเสพซ้ำที่ดีนั้นต้องนำครอบครัวเข้ามามีส่วนร่วม โดยการเสริมสร้างความหวังให้กับผู้ป่วยและครอบครัว การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบคะแนนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการกลับไปใช้ยาเสพติดซ้ำของผู้ป่วยยาเสพติด 2 กลุ่ม ที่เข้ารับการบำบัดยาเสพติดรูปแบบผู้ป่วยใน โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ปัตตานี กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 52 คน เลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง แบ่งเป็น 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างความหวังแบบครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วม ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นตามกรอบแนวคิดทฤษฎีความหวังของสไนเดอร์ ร่วมกับตัวแทนครอบครัว ครอบครัวละ 1 คน มาร่วมดำเนินกิจกรรมเป็นระยะเวลา 4 สัปดาห์ กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการดูแลตามปกติตามรูปแบบของโรงพยาบาล เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมการเสริมสร้างความหวังแบบครอบครัวมีส่วนร่วม และแบบประเมินพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการกลับไปใช้ยาเสพติด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ independent t-tests
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภายหลังการทดลอง กลุ่มทดลองที่ได้รับโปรแกรมมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการกลับไปใช้ยาเสพติดซ้ำหลังจำหน่ายครบ 2 สัปดาห์ (M = 3.45, SD = 0.52) สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (M = 3.10, SD = 0.57) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = -2.308, p < .05) และหลังจำหน่ายครบ 3 เดือน กลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย (M = 3.48, SD = 0.8) สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม (M = 2.8, SD = 0.9) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t = -2.859, p < .01)
ผลการวิจัยนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า การนำครอบครัวเข้ามามีส่วนร่วมในการดำเนินกิจกรรมโดยให้ครอบครัวร่วมสร้างเป้าหมาย ร่วมกันหาแนวทางในการแก้ไขปัญหา สร้างแรงจูงใจสู่เป้าหมาย ทำให้ผู้ป่วยยาเสพติดมีกำลังใจ เกิดความหวัง และมีเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจนในการเลิกใช้ยาเสพติด วิธีการนี้มีประสิทธิภาพในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันการกลับไปใช้ยาเสพติดซ้ำของผู้ป่วยยาเสพติด
