ผลของโปรแกรมเทคโนโลยีภาพเสมือนจริงต่อความกลัวการฉีดวัคซีนในเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน

บทคัดย่อ

ความเจ็บปวดและความกลัวจากการฉีดวัคซีน เป็นปฏิกิริยาการตอบสนองที่พบบ่อยในเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนที่ได้รับการฉีดวัคซีนและมีอิทธิพลต่อการยอมรับวัคซีน ความกลัวที่มากเกินไปจะมีผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพทั้งด้านร่างกาย จิตใจ และพฤติกรรมของเด็ก การวิจัยกึ่งทดลองนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของโปรแกรมเทคโนโลยีภาพเสมือนจริงต่อความกลัวการฉีดวัคซีนในเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เด็กวัยก่อนเรียนอายุ 3-5 ปี ที่มาฉีดวัคซีนที่คลินิกสุขภาพเด็กดีแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 52 ราย กลุ่มตัวอย่างได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุมกลุ่มละ 26 ราย โดยดำเนินการในกลุ่มควบคุมก่อนจนครบแล้วจึงดำเนินการในกลุ่มทดลอง กลุ่มทดลองได้รับโปรแกรมเทคโนโลยีภาพเสมือนจริงร่วมกับการได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ กลุ่มควบคุมได้รับการพยาบาลตามปกติ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย โปรแกรมเทคโนโลยีภาพเสมือนจริง แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไปของเด็ก แบบประเมินความกลัวด้วยรูปหน้าของเด็ก และแบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมความกลัวของเด็ก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติ Mann-Whitney U test และ Wilcoxon signed-rank test

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เด็กวัยก่อนเรียนในกลุ่มทดลองมีคะแนนพฤติกรรมความกลัวลดลงหลังได้รับโปรแกรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (Z = -4.497, p < .01) และมีคะแนนน้อยกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (Z = -6.307, p < .01)

ผลการวิจัยแสดงให้เห็นว่า โปรแกรมเทคโนโลยีภาพเสมือนจริงสามารถลดความกลัวการฉีดวัคซีนในเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนได้ ควรมีการส่งเสริมการนำโปรแกรมเทคโนโลยีภาพเสมือนจริงไปใช้ในการลดความกลัวการฉีดวัคซีนในเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน เพื่อช่วยให้เด็กมีภาพจำที่ดีต่อการฉีดวัคซีน ส่งผลให้มีพัฒนาการทางด้านจิตใจที่ดี
