ปรัชญาปฏิบัตินิยม: การประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาวิชาชีพพยาบาล

การพยาบาล เป็นกระบวนการดูแลผู้รับบริการที่เน้นการตอบสนองของคนที่มีความเป็นปัจเจก ผ่านการกระทำ การมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ และเชื่อมโยงความเป็นมนุษย์ที่ต้องมีมนุษยธรรมและความเมตตากรุณา การปฎิบัติการพยาบาลต้องอาศัยข้อมูลสนับสนุนทั้งข้อมูลเชิงปรนัย และข้อมูลเชิงอัตนัย เพื่อให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่มีคุณภาพ ต้องคำนึงถึงองค์ความรู้และความจริงครอบคลุม 4 มิติ ได้แก่ คน สิ่งแวดล้อม สุขภาพ และการพยาบาล ซึ่งมีความเป็นพลวัตรต้องการการค้นหา พิสูจน์ และพัฒนาอย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยปรัชญาปฏิบัตินิยมยอมรับวิธีการหาความรู้ที่หลากหลายจากทั้งประสบการณ์ของบุคคลและกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ความจริงเป็นสิ่งที่นำไปปฏิบัติเพื่อให้แก้ไขปัญหาได้และมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างต่อเนื่อง ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับวิชาชีพพยาบาลที่เน้นการปฏิบัติเพื่อแก้ปัญหาให้กับผู้รับบริการตามความต้องการหรือตามการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสุขภาพอย่างต่อเนื่อง ในสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ผันผวนตลอดเวลา ปรากฎการณ์การพยาบาลเหล่านี้ต้องการองค์ความรู้ที่แก้ปัญหาอย่างเฉพาะเจาะจง
บทความนี้ ต้องการนำเสนอเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับความสำคัญของปรัชญาปฏิบัตินิยม โดยนำเสนอทั้งในมิติของแนวคิดของปรัชญาและการประยุกต์ใช้ เพื่อให้พยาบาลวิชาชีพ นักการศึกษา นักวิจัย และผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาล ตลอดจนผู้ที่สนใจนำไปประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาวิชาชีพอย่างต่อเนื่อง
