บรรยากาศความปลอดภัยและพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ ในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์เขตภาคเหนือ

บรรยากาศความปลอดภัย เป็นสภาพแวดล้อมและโครงสร้างพื้นฐานในโรงพยาบาลที่เอื้อต่อความปลอดภัยของผู้ป่วย และยังมีส่วนส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยของพยาบาลด้วย การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาบรรยากาศความปลอดภัย พฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างบรรยากาศความปลอดภัยและพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์เขตภาคเหนือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นพยาบาลจำนวน 120 ราย ในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์เขตภาคเหนือ 2 โรงพยาบาล เลือกโดยใช้วิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ 1) แบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไป 2) แบบสอบถามบรรยากาศความปลอดภัยในองค์กรสุขภาพ (PSCHO) และ 3) แบบวัดพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัย (SBS) วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติ Pearson’s correlation และ Spearman's rank correlation
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ค่าเฉลี่ยร้อยละของบรรยากาศความปลอดภัยที่เป็นปัญหาตามการรับรู้ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยรวมเท่ากับ 17.57% (SD = 18.51) โดยบรรยากาศองค์กรที่เป็นปัญหาสามอันดับแรก ได้แก่ ด้านการเรียนรู้ ด้านกลัวการถูกตำหนิ และด้านกลัวความอับอาย (51.11%, 22.33%, และ 19.58% ตามลำดับ), 2) คะแนนพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 48.44, SD = 6.60), 3) บรรยากาศความปลอดภัยโดยรวมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยของพยาบาลวิชาชีพในระดับปานกลาง (r = .311, p < .01)
ผลการวิจัยนี้ เป็นประโยชน์สำหรับผู้บริหารโรงพยาบาลและผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลในการออกแบบกลยุทธ์ที่สามารถส่งเสริมบรรยากาศความปลอดภัย และพฤติกรรมความปลอดภัยของพยาบาลในโรงพยาบาลศูนย์เขตภาคเหนือ
