บทคัดย่อ

การจัดการความปวดภายหลังจำหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาลอย่างเหมาะสม มีความจำเป็นต่อสภาวะการทำหน้าที่ของผู้ที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนานี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ความปวด การจัดการความปวด และสภาวะการทำหน้าที่ในผู้ที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อภายหลังจำหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาล กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อหลังจำหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาล จำนวน 84 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามอาการปวด แบบสอบถามกลวิธีการจัดการความปวด และแบบประเมินการทำหน้าที่ของขา วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างทุกคนมีความปวด โดยมีความรุนแรงของความปวดระดับเล็กน้อย (ร้อยละ 57.14) ปานกลาง (ร้อยละ 34.52) และมาก (ร้อยละ 8.33) กลุ่มที่มีความรุนแรงความปวดระดับเล็กน้อย ปานกลาง และมาก มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยการรบกวนความปวด 1.23 (SD = 1.28), 2.88 (SD = 1.95) และ 3.20 (SD = 1.70) ตามลำดับ วิธีการจัดการความปวดที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้มากที่สุด คือ การรับประทานยา วิธีการจัดการความปวดแบบไม่ใช้ยาที่กลุ่มตัวอย่างใช้มากและบ่อยที่สุด ได้แก่ การประคบเย็น กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีสภาวะการทำหน้าที่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 36.06, SD = 9.32) คะแนนเฉลี่ยสภาวะการทำหน้าที่ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่มีความรุนแรงความปวดระดับเล็กน้อย ปานกลาง และมาก มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย เท่ากับ 39.33 (SD = 9.40), 31.79 (SD = 7.79) และ 31.26 (SD = 5.12) ตามลำดับ

ผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับประสบการณ์ความปวด การจัดการความปวด และสภาวะหน้าที่ของขาของผู้ที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อหลังจำหน่ายออกจากโรงพยาบาล พยาบาลสามารถนำข้อมูลดังกล่าวไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการวางแผนจัดการความปวดอย่างมีประสิทธิผล และส่งเสริมสภาวะการทำหน้าที่ในผู้ที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดเปลี่ยนข้อ
