บทคัดย่อ

ภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอด มีผลกระทบต่อภาวะสุขภาพร่างกายและจิตใจของมารดาคลอดก่อนกำหนด การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความเครียดในการเลี้ยงบุตร การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอดในมารดาคลอดก่อนกำหนด สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นมารดาคลอดก่อนกำหนด จำนวน 85 ราย ที่มารับบริการตรวจหลังคลอด 6-8 สัปดาห์ ที่โรงพยาบาลศูนย์กลาง 4 แห่ง ในสาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว เครื่องมือการวิจัยฉบับภาษาลาว ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบวัดความเครียดในการเลี้ยงบุตร แบบวัดการสนับสนุนทางสังคมของมารดาหลังคลอด และแบบวัดภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอด วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ Spearman's rank correlation.

 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างร้อยละ 77.65 มีความเครียดในการเลี้ยงบุตรอยู่ในระดับมาก (M = 67.10, SD = 2.15) ร้อยละ 100 ได้รับการการสนับสนุนทางสังคมในระดับมาก (M = 4.02, SD = 0.22) และร้อยละ 55.30 มีภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอด การสนับสนุนทางสังคมมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบระดับปานกลางกับภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอดในมารดาคลอดก่อนกำหนด อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (rs = -.47, p < .01) ในขณะที่ความเครียดในการเลี้ยงบุตรไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอดในมารดาคลอดก่อนกำหนด

ผลการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ให้ข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับความเครียดในการเลี้ยงบุตร การสนับสนุนทางสังคม และภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอดในมารดาคลอดก่อนกำหนด พยาบาลผดุงครรภ์ควรพัฒนาแนวทางในการส่งเสริมการสนับสนุนทางสังคม เพื่อป้องกันภาวะซึมเศร้าหลังคลอดในมารดาคลอดก่อนกำหนด สาธารณรัฐประชาธิปไตยประชาชนลาว
