การจัดการกลุ่มอาการ มีความจำเป็นเนื่องจากเด็กมะเร็งที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัดมักเผชิญกับอาการที่มีความซับซ้อนและมีความสัมพันธ์ซึ่งกันและกัน กลุ่มอาการโดยทั่วไปประกอบด้วยอาการที่ผู้ป่วยรายงานด้วยตนเองและการตรวจพบทางคลินิก การจัดการกลุ่มอาการแบบไม่ใช้ยาถือเป็นแนวทางสำคัญในการจัดการกับความซับซ้อนของกลุ่มอาการ โดยพยาบาลมีบทบาทสำคัญในการดำเนินการและประสานการดูแลแบบบูรณาการ บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางการจัดการกลุ่มอาการแบบไม่ใช้ยา และอธิบายบทบาทของพยาบาลในการลดความรุนแรงของอาการ และส่งเสริมคุณภาพชีวิตของเด็กมะเร็งที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัด
การจัดการกลุ่มอาการแบบไม่ใช้ยาในมะเร็งเด็กครอบคลุมการบำบัดทางจิตวิทยา การบำบัดโดยใช้สติเป็นฐาน การทำกิจกรรมทางกาย และการบำบัดเสริมและแพทย์ทางเลือก แนวทางเหล่านี้มีประสิทธิภาพและปลอดภัย โดยเน้นการประยุกต์ใช้ให้เหมาะสมกับช่วงวัยและกลุ่มอาการที่พบบ่อย ภายใต้กรอบการดูแลแบบองค์รวมและการดูแลแบบครอบครัวเป็นศูนย์กลาง การจัดการแบบไม่ใช้ยาสามารถช่วยลดความรุนแรงของอาการและส่งเสริมความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีโดยรวมของเด็กมะเร็งและครอบครัว นอกจากนี้ พยาบาลมะเร็งเด็กยังมีบทบาทสำคัญในการประเมินและเฝ้าระวังอาการ การให้การดูแลทางคลินิก การสนับสนุนครอบครัว การประสานการดูแล รวมถึงการวิจัยและการพัฒนานวัตกรรม เพื่อส่งเสริมผลลัพธ์ทางคลินิกของเด็กมะเร็ง ดังนั้น การบูรณาการการจัดการกลุ่มอาการแบบไม่ใช้ยาเข้าสู่การดูแลมะเร็งตามปกติ จึงมีความจำเป็นต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิผลของผลลัพธ์ผู้ป่วย การพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต และการสนับสนุนการมีชีวิตรอดในระยะยาวของเด็กมะเร็งที่ได้รับยาเคมีบำบัด
