ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัดของผู้ที่เป็นเนื้องอกสมอง ในระยะเปลี่ยนผ่านจากโรงพยาบาลสู่บ้าน

การฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัดในระยะเปลี่ยนผ่านจากโรงพยาบาลสู่บ้านของผู้ที่เป็นเนื้องอกสมอง มีปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องหลายประการ การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาหาความสัมพันธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัด และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความพร้อมก่อนจำหน่ายจากโรงพยาบาล คุณภาพการนอนหลับ ความพร้อมของผู้ดูแล การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง และการสนับสนุนทางสังคม กับการฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัด กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ที่เป็นเนื้องอกสมองที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดและมาตรวจติดตามอาการที่แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลระดับตติยภูมิ 3 แห่ง ในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 123 คน และผู้ดูแลจำนวน 123 คน คัดเลือกโดยการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามความพร้อมในการจำหน่ายจากโรงพยาบาล แบบสอบถามคุณภาพการนอนหลับ แบบสอบถามการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง แบบสอบถามการสนับสนุนทางสังคม แบบสอบถามการฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัด และแบบสอบถามความพร้อมของผู้ดูแล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติ Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัดของผู้ที่เป็นเนื้องอกสมองในระยะเปลี่ยนผ่านจากโรงพยาบาลสู่บ้านโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 69.90, SD = 2.36) ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < .001) ได้แก่ ความพร้อมก่อนจำหน่ายจากโรงพยาบาล (r = .500) คุณภาพการนอนหลับ (r = .405) ความพร้อมของผู้ดูแล (r = .368) และการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง (r = .306) ส่วนการสนับสนุนทางสังคมไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัด (r = .025, p = .781)
ผลการวิจัยบ่งชี้ว่า พยาบาลควรให้ความสำคัญกับการเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนจำหน่ายจากโรงพยาบาลอย่างครอบคลุมทั้งผู้ป่วยและผู้ดูแล รวมทั้งส่งเสริมคุณภาพการนอนหลับและการรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง เพื่อยกระดับผลลัพธ์การฟื้นตัวหลังผ่าตัดของผู้ที่เป็นเนื้องอกสมองในระยะเปลี่ยนผ่านจากโรงพยาบาลสู่บ้านให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
