การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีและพฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีด้านสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ

บทคัดย่อ

ความก้าวหน้าอย่างรวดเร็วของเทคโนโลยีสุขภาพทำให้เทคโนโลยีกลายเป็นเครื่องมือสำคัญในการส่งเสริมสุขภาพของผู้สูงอายุ อย่างไรก็ตาม ยังคงมีข้อจำกัดด้านการยอมรับและการใช้งานเทคโนโลยีในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุไทย การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธีเชิงอธิบายลำดับ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีและพฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีด้านสุขภาพ วิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์กับปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล และใช้ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพเพื่ออธิบายประสบการณ์ และมุมมองของผู้สูงอายุ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้สูงอายุ ที่อาศัยอยู่ในเขตเทศบาลเมือง จังหวัดยะลา ในระยะการศึกษาเชิงปริมาณ จำนวน 134 คน คัดเลือกโดยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่าง-ง่าย และผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำหรับการสนทนากลุ่ม 16 คน คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบสอบถามการยอมรับเทคโนโลยี และพฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยี รวมทั้งแนวคำถามการสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา สถิติ chi-square tests, Spearman’s rank correlation และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา  

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูง (M = 3.66, SD = 0.61) โดยทัศนคติต่อการใช้งานมีค่าสูงสุด (M = 3.92, SD = 0.82) ขณะที่ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลมีค่าต่ำสุด (M = 3.33, SD = 0.77) พฤติกรรมการใช้เทคโนโลยีด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (M = 1.92, SD = 0.79) ปัจจัยด้านระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้มีความสัมพันธ์กับการยอมรับเทคโนโลยีอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p < 0.05) และพบว่า ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับพฤติกรรมการใช้งานสูงสุด (r = 0.48, p = 0.00) ทั้งนี้ ผลการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพช่วยอธิบายว่า แม้ผู้สูงอายุจะมีทัศนคติเชิงบวกแต่พฤติกรรมการใช้งานที่จำกัดมีสาเหตุหลักจากความกังวลด้านความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล ความซับซ้อนของระบบ และการขาดระบบสนับสนุนในพื้นที่

ด้วยเหตุนี้ การออกแบบเทคโนโลยีจึงควรให้ความสำคัญกับความง่าย และคุณสมบัติด้านความปลอดภัยระดับสูง เพื่อส่งเสริมการใช้งานที่ยั่งยืนและเป็นประโยชน์ในกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุ
