ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะโลหิตจางในระยะตั้งครรภ์ของสตรีมุสลิม ที่มารับบริการคลอดในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จังหวัดปัตตานี

การวิจัยเชิงบรรยายความสัมพันธ์นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) อุบัติการณ์ของภาวะโลหิตจางในระยะตั้งครรภ์ และ 2) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะโลหิตจางในระยะตั้งครรภ์ของสตรีมุสลิมที่มารับบริการคลอด กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือเวชระเบียนของสตรีมุสลิมที่มารับบริการคลอดในโรงพยาบาลชุมชน จำนวน 332 ฉบับ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบบันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวข้องภาวะโลหิตจาง จำนวน 14 ข้อ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยใช้ สถิติพรรณนาหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติวิเคราะห์ถดถอยแบบโลจิสติก
ผลการศึกษาพบอุบัติการณ์ของภาวะโลหิตจางในระยะตั้งครรภ์ของสตรีมุสลิม ร้อยละ 32.83 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะโลหิตจางในระยะตั้งครรภ์ของสตรีมุสลิม ได้แก่ อายุครรภ์เมื่อมาฝากครรภ์ครั้งแรก การฝากครรภ์ครบ 5 ครั้งตามเกณฑ์คุณภาพ และจำนวนครั้งของการตั้งครรภ์ และเมื่อทดสอบอิทธิพลร่วมของปัจจัยต่อภาวะโลหิตจางในสตรีตั้งครรภ์มุสลิม พบว่า อายุครรภ์เมื่อมาฝากครรภ์ครั้งแรกมีความสัมพันธ์กับภาวะโลหิตจางในระยะตั้งครรภ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<.05)
