ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสุขของผู้สูงอายุ อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช

การวิจัยเชิงสหสัมพันธ์ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสุข และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสุขของผู้สูงอายุในอำเภอเมือง จังหวัดนครศรีธรรมราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้สูงอายุจำนวน 393 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล แบบประเมินดัชนีชี้วัดความสุขฉบับ 15 ข้อ และแบบประเมินปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ต่อความสุขของผู้สูงอายุ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา คือ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์ ได้แก่ สถิติสหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์สเปียร์แมน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้สูงอายุมีความสุขโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับเท่ากับคนทั่วไป (M=45.91, SD.=6.12) และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความสุขของผู้สูงอายุได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านครอบครัว (r= .345, .398 และ .452, p< .01), ปัจจัยด้านสังคม (r= .310, p< .01), ปัจจัยด้านสุขภาพ (r= .371, .475 และ .434, p< .01) และ ปัจจัยด้านเศรษฐกิจ (r= .211, p< .05) การวิจัยครั้งนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า พยาบาลและผู้เกี่ยวข้องกับการดูแลผู้สูงอายุ ควรส่งเสริมให้ผู้สูงอายุมีการบริหารจัดการรายได้ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด จัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ ส่งเสริมมีส่วนร่วมในสังคม และการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมทางศาสนาเป็นสิ่งยึดเหนี่ยวทางจิตใจให้มีจิตใจที่สงบสุขและมีความสุขได้ดียิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงให้ความตระหนักถึงการอยู่ร่วมกันในครอบครัว ให้ความเคารพนับถือ ให้เกียรติและเห็นคุณค่ากันและกัน สิ่งเหล่านี้จะช่วยสร้างสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีในครอบครัว ทำให้ผู้สูงอายุดำเนินชีวิตได้อย่างปกติสุข
