บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินผลคุณภาพฟันเทียมทั้งปาก คุณภาพบริการ และคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปาก ในผู้รับบริการฟันเทียมทั้งปากของโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล (รพ.สต.) เครือข่ายโรงพยาบาลท่าโรงช้าง อำเภอพุนพิน จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี ปีงบประมาณ 2567 ประชากรศึกษาเป็นผู้ที่ได้รับบริการฟันเทียมทั้งปากที่ รพ.สต. 4 แห่ง จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ประกอบ ด้วย แบบสอบถามข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบประเมินคุณภาพฟันเทียมทั้งปาก คุณภาพบริการ และคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปาก ตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน ได้ความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาเท่ากับ 1.00 แบบประเมินคุณภาพฟันเทียมทั้งปากมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือเท่ากับ .95 คุณภาพบริการมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือเท่ากับ .85 และคุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปากมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของเครื่องมือเท่ากับ .92 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติพรรณนา ได้แก่ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่าง (n=30) ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิงร้อยละ 61.33 มีอายุเฉลี่ย 70.83 ปี (SD.=8.54) คุณภาพฟันเทียมทั้งปาก ด้านการยึดอยู่ของฟันเทียมทั้งปากฟันบนส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดี ฟันล่างส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ด้านเสถียรภาพของฟันเทียมทั้งปากส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับดีทั้งฟันบน และฟันล่าง คุณภาพบริการ พบว่า ใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากทุกวัน ร้อยละ 33.33 ส่วนใหญ่ใช้เพื่อเคี้ยวอาหาร และความสวยงาม ความรู้สึกของผู้ใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปาก รู้สึกมั่นใจ สวยงามมากขึ้น อารมณ์ดี และกล้ายิ้มมากขึ้น ร้อยละ 95.65 คุณภาพชีวิตในมิติสุขภาพช่องปากของผู้ที่ใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากดีมาก ร้อยละ 60.87 ค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนน OIDP เท่ากับ 6.13 ± 10.84 ผู้ที่ใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปากได้รับผลกระทบการกินอาหารมากที่สุด ร้อยละ 39.13 ควรมีการติดตามหลังการใส่ฟันเทียมทั้งปาก 3-5 ครั้ง เพื่อแก้ปัญหาของผู้รับบริการ และมีระบบ ส่งต่อทำรากฟันเทียมในกรณีฟันเทียมทั้งปากยึดอยู่ได้ไม่ดี
